If you have a question, chances are someone had the same question. Although we continually try to make things as simple & clear as possible, this page may be a little extra help. If you don't find what you are looking for, feel free to contact us!

I don't have a gym membership. Do I have to go to a gym for this plan to work?

No, you do not need to have a gym membership for this plan. We provide either at home or in gym workouts, so you can choose what you feel comfortable with, and what suits your lifestyle.

Im a very picky eater. What if I don't like some of the foods that are on my plan?

That's ok! We work with you to provide different food options based on what you like & provide another equivalent calorie & protein option that suits you better.

I'm too busy. I don't have time to go to a gym - are your workouts long & intense?

The workouts are about 30-40 minutes three days a week.

What if I don't want to do any workouts - at home or at the gym? 

That's completely up to you. Following just the diet plans will give you results, however, including even just cardio each day will significantly help you to reach your goals.

I'm a vegetarian. This plan includes meat. Do I skip the meat?

No. Don't skip on food - if you skip on food you skip on much needed protein. Instead, we will together to swap out the meat for plant based meat, or other foods with equivalent protein.

Is this plan similar to KETO?

Absolutely not. KETO is a very restricting fad diet that only works temporarily. We use all foods in moderation with a calories in vs calories out system.

What if I want to gain weight, not lose weight?

Not a problem. Our meal plans are easily adjusted to accommodate anyone needing to put on a few pounds!

How much weight can I lose?

The amount of weight you lose depends on how closely you adhere to the program. Skipping meals, snacking, skipping workouts & cardio, drinking alcohol - will all slow down your weight loss. The closer you follow the plan, the greater your results will be.

What if I'm not losing weight?

If you are following the plan as closely as possible & are still not seeing results, we will make the proper adjustments either when you reach out or at your next check in.

My mom wants to know if she can use the same plan as me.

Our plans are made according to age, weight & gender, so friends & family should sign up for their own coaching so we can adjust to better suit them. Everyone is different, bodies respond differently, & people like or dislike different foods - this means that your coaching should be geared towards you. It may not work for others in the same way.

Before I started this plan I weighed 255 lbs. I purchased the 12 week program and lost 46 pounds, & I would like to keep going. I'm not sure what to do now because I already have the 190+ package.  

First, congrats on your success! This is a good question. If you want to continue losing weight, start the plan over again until you are under 190 lbs, or consider signing up for bi-weekly coaching. This will give you an even better, tailored experience with new and personalized plans just for you.
