We will have an initial phone consultation and then every 2 weeks, you will have your check in. At each check in we discuss your progress & create your next 2-week plan. We consider your lifestyle, factors that may be problematic, & goals.

Elevation's coaching provides additional accountability, to reach your full potential.

Work with Xony to help develop your custom, tailored nutrition plans every 2 weeks to fit your needs. This way you can know what you will be eating and it will be foods that you like, with any allergies that need to be considered.

P E R S O N A L I Z E D W O R K O U T S

Receive workout plans directly from Xony. This includes any adjustments due to injuries, surgeries or limitations. Workouts are not mandatory, but, will help tremendously. Roughly (3) 30 minute sessions a week.

Included in your plan is the ability to book your initial check in by phone. You will speak directly with Xony & discuss how your any fitness goals you may have.

Review your initial bloodwork from YOUR DOCTOR with Xony & set goals to improve all markers. This could include blood pressure, A1C, cholesterol levels etc.
